When can i start smoking marijuana again after a tonsillectomy?

I'm not a fan of any smoking. I recommend waiting until the tonsillectomy site is fully healed with no discomfort on swallowing, exposure to food, beverages and their hot or cold temperature.

This would the right time to stop inhaling any substances as they might have contributed to tonsillitis needing surgery. The next fully and directly exposed organ will be lung, not to mention systemic effects, specifically brain. If you feel relief for anxiety or any other symptom talk to your doc about your symptoms. At your age long term use of cannabis will result in serious health consequences

Never. Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. MJ users are called stoners for good reason. Quit using it while you are ahead. Wish you good health!
