Trying to understand my cervical biopsy results: benign ectocervical tissue, scant benign endoservical epithelium, mucus, squames and acute inflammatory cells. is it something that needs to be treated?

All tests should be interpreted by the doc who obtained them in context of your full history and exam. That said, these words describe normal findings and a few cells that suggest irritation.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no cause for concern in the report you listed. Wish you good health!
