49 days ago, i had intercourse with someone who had hiv + by friction (he rubbed his penis on my anus). then i started pep treatment. 4 gene antigen antibody negative on day 15 and 18 after pep. can i trust ? does pep affect the test?

Yes -- if PEP is not successful, and someone therefore acquires HIV, it takes longer for blood tests to become positive. You cannot trust the test results until at least a month, and probably 6 weeks, after the last dose of PEP drug.
