Too low is when you feel faint on standing. Be certain your device is accurate . But you must tell Dr how you feel. They cannot tell. Or at least that is what I tell my patients. Goal is to have BP is less than 120/whatever. Discuss with team. re

For that age range, optimal blood pressure range will be 105-115/70-75, regardless AM/PM. Less than 100/65 is considered low but not abnormal if the subject is asymptomatic. BP less than 90/60 is truly low and med should be adjusted even the subject is asymptomatic. Remember, when hypertension is first treated you may become symptomatic such as fatigue, lightheadedness, etc. even BP not truly low.
