Slight pelvic pressure on left, more pressure felt when i need to pee. not sore during sex/ when i pee. left abdomen sensitive at times. this has been for some months now. (period normal, on oral contraception) what is wrong and how do i treat it?

It could be from anything in the area . left colon. ovary, bladder. You need to be examined before a diagnosis can be made. Treatment will depend on what is found. In the meantime be sure to drink water, avoid constipation and pee when you get the urge. Hope you do well.
