Need laparoscopy: You need to have a GYN MD consider a laparoscopy to look for Endometriosis and other pelvic abnormalities, because these symptoms are characteristic of the same. Some MD's will use an oral contraceptive trial to see if the pain will go away before doing the laparoscopy if that doesn't resolve the problem.
