It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be a hematoma, a bleeding into the tissue. If it is improving, you may watch and wait. If it is not getting better or is getting worse. it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
