Today i noticed a small red wound like bruise under my left breast. its paining only on the bruise but cant feel any lump. what could it be?

Bruise: This could simply be a ruptured capillary or tiny vein from trauma or friction from a bra. It should resolve within a week but if you have further concerns, have a physician examine you.
