I was wondering if i should be worried about a lump on my breast? i have a lump on my breast. it feels swollen and is very sore also. it also looks slightly bruised.

Depending upon your medical history, age, and physical examination findings, they may refer you to a breast center for diagnostic mammography+/-ultrasound, or may refer you to a breast surgeon for a second opinion.
