No medical test gives you 100% sensitivity and specificity (100% conclusive and definitive) but you should be fine if there is no symptom to suggest an infection after a suspected exposure 24 weeks ago. You do not need any further test if you are healthy.

No more tests are needed for HIV, however, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. Visit this site for information: https://www.cdc.gov/std/default.htm Wish you good health!
