Your symptoms are consistent with esophageal spasm. If these symptoms rarely occur then you do not need to worry but you should make a diary what kind of foods you eat when the spasm occurs in order to track down a correlation, just in case. However, if these symptoms occur quite often and mess up your daily life, you should be evaluated by a gastroenterologist.
