High ALT fish oil ?: 26 M ALT ^ 120- is fish oil associated with elevated transaminases? Also taking mirtazapine which I've stopped as I recall this being linked. Retest when ? ANS: most likely not fish oil. The best person to answer is the Dr who ordered the test and knows your detailed medical history. Enlarged spleen suggests liver disease is most likely cause of high ALT but need to examine you.
