Question is vague without specific numbers so answer may not be accurate. In general, high WBC with high neutrophils mean leukocytosis with left shift due to a bacterial infection; infection also causes high globulin which is a part of total protein. Low fluid (dehydration) also raises serum protein. Common causes of low BUN are high fluid intake or very low protein intake (diet vs poor intake).

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results and described your symptoms. Wish you good health!
