It might be COVID 19: Symptoms of COVID 19 infection may include (but aren’t limited to) dry cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills without or without shaking & muscle aches. Flu: Many viral illness can cause these symptoms. if your symptoms clear up over 3-5 days you don't need to do anything. If they persist or worsen you should be screened for influenza and COVID-19.
