I have pcos and i have bleeding every day for 6 months now. dr says its normal. doubt it. anyway im fed up now. im depressed with it. my relationship is suffering. is there a way to stop the bleeding without birth control or medication?

You have PCOS with menorrhagia so you should be treated. Most of the time, you will need to be treated with medication but rarely, one time D&C can stop the bleeding. You should be evaluated by a GYN, not your family doctor. In the mean time, you should take iron supplement and/or taking foods with high iron contents such as green vegetables, meat products, etc.
