My right eye often gets very itchy, year round. it doesn't seem to be allergies since there aren't any other symptoms. thoughts?

If one eye is symptomatic it might be related to sleeping position. If you sleep on the right there might be a contact allergy to something on the bed sheet, pillow, etc. Something to think about. Blepharitis is also a common cause of ocular itching / irritation and can affect just one side and can last for months and years.
