I have a fever on one thermometer and dont on another.. one is brand new from walgreens their brand and the other is a vicks one. the vicks is saying 100.00 the walgreens on is saying 99.1. wich one should i believe? or should i just get another one?

I consider both values close to the same. These commercial grade thermometers are not manufactured to the quality of hospital grade one and don't need to be. The two numbers are close to normal and I wouldn't bother to treat fever based on either. If you feel sick, chose a medicine for comfort. Let your doc know if your temp exceeds 102 on either.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. These are essentially the same temperature. If that is an elevation for you, watch for other symptoms of illness, or if you have symptoms already, watch for increased symptoms or increase in temperature. Temps over 100.4 to 101 may indicate an illness. Consider a COVID-19 test and let your doctor know if you are positive or you are getting sicker.
