Probably not. The carbamine peroxide in the strips can cause transient sensitivity. Lay off the strips for a while and let your teeth recover.

The sensitivity is from the ingredients in the strips, some strips have more of a concentration of carbamide peroxide than others. Don't brush so soon after application of the strips, you need to let the ingredients enter your teeth for the best outcome.
