Toothpaste: If the paste is approved and has fluoride, in my opinion they are all fine. It is the proper brushing and flossing that matters. The added perks of some like, whitening (does very little), baking soda, peroxide, enamel building are all fine but dont add a lot. Brush for 2mins, floss and use a rinse if you like, that should do most of the trick.

Great: That is a good toothpaste. It has an antibacterial component to it which lasts hours after brushing. But really, any toothpaste that contains flouride, that you like and use, is good. The toothpaste is really not all that important, it is more about brushing twice daily, for two minutes, with good technique.

Yes it's a good one: But if you are concerned with coeff. Of abrasiveness, you may want to use one less abrasive, like carifree toothpaste, make sure it has Fluoride and xylitol also.
