Hi . i don't know if i'm suffering from mental disorders, but i feel like someone is always watching me . i can't concentrate on anything. when someone is talking to me i can't hear what they're saying as i can't focus. what should i do?

Contact your regular physician, and have a baseline evaluation. If there is suspicion of an emotional basis for your symptoms, a psychiatric consultation would be the next step.

Please see a Psychiatrist as soon as possible. With the symptoms you are experiencing you can get much worse but if you get treatment now you have a better chance of improving. You can also get help from a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy. It is also advisable to get a complete physical examination to know if your symptoms are due to a physical illness.
