Currently on valsartan 40mg, home bp @11am was 107/66, @9pm 109/72. at dr's office is 140s/80s, 150s/80s or 180/90 (i was very nervous). dr office bp with valsartan 80mg was 156/100, home bp 110/70. do i need more bp meds?

BP in doc's office are often high due to apprehension etc. Your normal surroundings (home ) is the more normal read. If iit is normal there you dont need any more meds.
