I had a bilateral orchiepexy this morning, and obviously im in pain. but for some reason my right upper thigh is where i feel the most pain when i walk. is this normal?

It is not unusual as you stated to have pain after surgery, and because the nerve of the area is the same the pain may appear to be coming from beyond the surgical site that is referred pain. Take the pain medication as prescribed, and follow the post op instructions you were given. Rest is important also for now to diminish complications like bleeding and pain.
