Diet and Exercise: Diet and exercise will both surely help you. I would recommend visiting your MD first for an exam and then starting with walking each morning, and add some resistance exercise with weights as well. Low impact exercise like cycling and swimming will also help you. Cut sugary beverages out of your diet and drink water only. Exercise consistently and eat healthfully to improve your body & mind
