Second question. See previous replies. I mentioned herpes last time, but herpes outbreaks never recur more often than every month or two. If it truly healed, a new skin break is not a new herpes outbreak. Dr. Tandan gave another good possibility. No point in continued to ask further questions on this or any online resource: only in-person care (ideally urology or dermatology) will help. Good luck
