I have a cut on my penis. it healed last week, but now i see the same cut in the same location. penis feels sore also. no sexual activity in 6 years. only had a couple partners even back then. never had lesions before. could this be dormant herpes?

If the "cut" appeared without obvious injury, it's possible you have herpes. It is common for genital herpes to remain silent for long periods, then activate with one or only.a few blisters that become open sores. See an infectious diseases or STI specialist. Good luck.
