A member asked:

Im getting mri. on pre mri form it asked about any objects in the eyes. a long time ago i had a splinter of some material in my eye. it was dark brown splinter, but superficial, the ophthalmologist used a little spatula to remove it. is x-ray needed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No. What you described would not interfere with the MRI. The "splinter" is not in your eye anymore. Wish you good health!
