: Other than pores at the edge of the lips, I only know of developmental abnormalities of the.lips where so called lip caves occur. A dentist or oral surgeon would be best to examine &amp; advise you. If you're referring to pores, the Vaseline can cover them but sometimes this leads to retained debris and pimple formation.
