I have really bad chest wall pain?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

A physical exam will be needed and seeing your primary care doc if having one will be best. Otherwise an urgent care or a local ER, imaging may be needed and you will need recommendations for pain control as well.
