This site offers medical, not legal information based on data you post. Consult an attorney who will evaluate your issue and consult with experts in the field. Whether or not you have a case depends on factors that can only be determined in this way. There are many lawyers looking for cases. They will not file when they can't win at lease enough to cover their costs.

You underwent a surgical procedure to remove an impacted tooth and unfortunately there are risks and benefits to such procedures. You'll need to consult with an attorney to determine if your situation merits taking action against the surgeon.

All surgery comes with varying degrees of risk. Although uncommon, I'm sure the risk of fracture was disclosed in the paper-work that you signed pre-treatment. I hope you heal quickly. We cannot offer legal advice on this platform. We are health care partitioners, not attorneys.
