I recently received a second degree burn a couple days ago and ive been treating it with neosporin and bandaids. are there better treatments for at home? what are dressings and should i be using them? is neosporin okay to use on 2nd deg burn?

Neosporin won't help, but it won't hurt either. There is nothing that will speed healing, but it will be better soon. Use a dressing only if it has become open, e.g. if a blister has opened up.
