My 19 month daughter got a minor second deg burn last sunday. i used cold compress and neosporin. wound seems to be healing should apply silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) now?

Not necessary: If it is starting to heal, neosporin and keeping it clean should be sufficient. Watch for signs of infection- increased redness, swelling, pus drainage.
