Are there any supplements or vitamins i should avoid when taking meloxicam and lisinopril?

I do not recommend supplements of any kind as they are of uncontrolled manufacture and unnecessary and a waste of money so avoid them all and save money. Vitamins to be taken per advice of your doc if needed
