A member asked:

Having this hot sensation in my thigh, the groin region. could be the cause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If the area doesn't feel hot to the touch or isn't inflamed, you're most likely dealing with an impingement of the obturator nerve. This is more prevalent in sports related activities. Usually the symptom is more of pins& needles or.numbness while walking. Another possibility is irritation or irritability of the nerve itself. An exam by a neurologist along with an EMG/NCS would be helpful.
