Wart viruses: There are a variety of HPV strains viruses that cause warts. The strain involved is reflected in the location they show up. Common skin warts are caused by strains encountered at random in nature on floors/doors/surfaces. They are transferred to skin sites on fingers or by direct contact. It is not a danger but can be irritating based on location. They can be frozen/burned/cut off/to remove them
