I have pain in my right upper thigh when i am immobile. the pain is mostly hot sensation. i also experience groin pain which comes and goes and sometimes worsens with certain foods and drinks.

Pinched nerve: The most likely cause of the thigh symptoms is a nerve impingement at the groin. This is more common in people who sit or drive a lot and/or are overweight. A neurologist can pinpoint the problem for you.
