Cause and treatment of nodules on vertebrates ?

I assume you've had an X-Ray of your spine and one or more nodules were visualized. I would like your ordering physician to get the radiologist who interpreted the study to give a differential diagnosis of the findings( osteoma,hemangioma,etc) and are further studies advisable. I have ordered numerous X-Rays of the spine and have not had this finding mentioned to my recollection.
