What is the treatment for a 6 mms lung nodule?

Treatment ? That would depend on what it is from. Such a tiny nodule could be a simple normal lymph node needing nothing or a part of a disease. The treating physician would explore what it is from before deciding what if anything needs to be done. They might just watch it for a while.

The reason why the scan was obtained is important information. Are there pulmonary symptoms, a smoking or family history of cancer? I agree that most likely the size is not large, but the report has other details which should be considered. A virtual consultation with HT is available. Please discuss above also with your physician. A COVID 19 vaccination rec.

Diagnosis is always a mandatory connector between test findings and/or symptoms and possible treatment. Going forward in your case an effort will be made to better characterize and diagnose the nodule described. That may include serial imaging and/or a biopsy.
