Baby aspirin is a blood anti-platelet regimen. It prevents clotting. In most cases the operating Dr insists on all blood thinners and Anti-platelet meds being stopped for a minimum of a week prior to surgery. Since I have no other information on your history or your surgery, you will need to discuss this with the Surgeon or his staff. Make sure to ask at least one week before surgery.
