Probably not an STD. Possibly a recurrence of genital herpes if you previously had it. See a doctor, ideally the one (dermatologist?) caring for your lichen planus. Good luck.

Licen plnus if inadvertently scratched can cause this. And lchen planus itself. Use local cortisone cream and if not better in a few days pl see a Urologist/dermatologist.
