Most likely a bacterial infection from unsafe sex. This could possibly develop into an STD, time will tell. Seek medical treatment before the infection spreads. Also practice safe sex, always.

Bumps could be part of local irritation and 'pus' mucus. wash the area with soap and water and use triple antibiotic ointment for a few days. Next time wear a condom.
