Is it fecal matter or brownish blood that could be the tail end of your period? It is unlikely that you have fecal incontinence once a month. If you are certain that it is fecal matter leaking out, it would be prudent to consult a GI specialist. Wish you good health!

This is unique and hard to explain medically. Try taking a sleep aid on the night before you expect this . If it persists may be an endocrinolgist might help. Good luck.
