As I interpret your question, you have a small traumatic break in the skin next to the meatus on your penis. Wash the area gently with soap and water, rinse off the soap, pat it dry, and apply a small amount of antibiotic ointment to the cut. Do this for a few days, and you should be fine. I don't have any different or additional advice based on your faith.

Clean area gently with soap and water then apply OTC antibiotic cream or ointment and a bandaid. Should heal in a few days. Next time pl be careful
