SEE DOCTOR OR GO ER : Yhis could be serious if you actually have obstruction in the bowels and you treat it like constipation could turn to a very serious situation mean while bad constipation might need aggressive treatment even physicians will not get to aggressive until they rule out obstruction so go and see your doctor or go to the er.

Hard time passing gas unless in certain positions. Last solid BM was on the 9th, been constipated or going little since. Some stomach discomfort and I think bloat (overweight), can hear intestines sometime. Could it be bowel obstruction or impaction?
