After exclusively breastfeeding my daughter for 11 months i have went from weighting 140lb pre pregnancy to now 118lb. she does not like formulas, is it possible to give her nestle klim milk although shes only 11 months?

Decades ago, regular milk was introduced as early as 6 months. As long as the kid has a diverse balanced nutrition, and the milk volume is less than 24oz/d they do well.

Nursing is actually best for the baby and is an important source of nutrition during the first one year and may be continued after 1 year. The infant formulas are designed to try to replicate breast milk ingredients. Whole fortified milk is not equivalent. Re your health, exercise,a healthy diet, avoid junk food and sugary beverages. A weight reduction program I may be helpful.
