Keppra is relatively safe for the baby, but uncontrolled seizures could result in hypoxia. This is potentially harmful. The DHA and folic acid supplements support neurologic development of your baby. Preventing and treating seizures with safe medication and reducing risk of infections is recommended. Have a healthy pregnancy, and please follow up with your OB.
