If the number 10*5 CFU/L is correct, this is an insignificant amount and you do not have an infection. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

If you have no symptoms then it is probably a contaminated specimen. If symptomatic repeat a clean catch mid stream specimen. If you are symptomatic you have an infection and let your MD treat you emperically till the repeat C&S is available. Dont forget to drink water!
