Best to wait till all are gone. It is not contagious BTW. It is a resurgence of the chickenpox virus.

The shingle blisters shed virus and anyone who hasn't had chickenpox or hasn't been vaccinated is at risk if they come in contact with the blister material. Until all blisters are dried up, also one should keep away from pregnant women & immunocompromised people.
