Ive had a higher level of lower back pain for a few days with it feeling like it needed to click. well it did indeed just click (base of spine area) and immediately afterwards i was overcome with nausea and threw up x3. can this be related?

Lower spine 'click' should not be related to nausea and vomiting unless it caused intense pain. hope you are well now.
