I would increase to a thousand calories for a day or to and progress to 1200. If you're not.physically active you may want to stay on 1200 calories which may keep your weight stable. A dietician can critique your eating habits, evaluate & advise you on your ideal weight, daily calorie intake depending upon your level of physical activity and give you sample diets.
