It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. I assume you took no street drugs that caused toxicity. The sudden itch.unaccompanied. by a rash may have simply been an irritable superficial nerve branch. The brain communicates with the skin and, perhaps, anxiety caused widespread tiny shocks to occur. If symptoms persist see a physician and have lab work like a cbc & complete metabolic profile. Include a toxic screen if you think you need one
